How Fruit Grows
1. Abide in Christ
"I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit" (John 15:5)
2. Surrender to the Spirit
Stop trying in your own strength. Let the Holy Spirit produce fruit through you.
3. Walk by the Spirit
"Walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh" (Galatians 5:16)
4. Allow Pruning
God prunes branches to make them more fruitful. Trials produce character.
Remember:
- Fruit is evidence of the Spirit's work, not self-effort
- All nine fruits grow together as you mature
- Abiding in Christ is the secret to bearing fruit
- Fruit takes time—don't get discouraged
- Your fruit glorifies God and draws others to Him
